Hello Judith , Everyone!
I am Karen a new member here. For access to DLE, which by the way I master not, Laughing Out Loud, I do my best to stay in the present moment as much as possible. For me and IMO most people, this is at first done in short periods of time. The example below on how to accomplish this is just my experience and what works for me.
Put your conscious attention first to your breath and then add your body sensations as well as your visual awareness of what is all around you. You will notice your just “being”. This brings the mind out of a dominant left brain experience.
If you need to use your mind do so while keeping your awareness present to the moment to moment experiences of life. A simple thing to do, yet not as easy as it sounds.
You will know you’re not in present moment awareness when the left brain starts to falter and you are again putting your awareness on the experience of what you are thinking instead of what you are “awaring” or conscioius of. I think I invented a new word here, laughing out loud.
It will be obvious that you were in total left brain expereince only after you again bring your conscious attention to present moment time. That is because when you’re “being the thoughts you’re having” instead of “observing and using them” , overuse of left brain is needed.
Judith, To add to the above post. On the Inergetix CoRe site page called Dynamic Labile Equilibrium (CoReState) it reads…
The DLE is the central idea for the philosophy of the Inergetix-CoRe System. The informational level, on which Inergetix-CoRe operates, exists beyond time and space and it can be accessed anywhere, any time. In the DLE, we are open to the moment, responsive to changes in the moment, focused in the moment – we see coincidences and connections.
The CoRe system I believe, will assist to align with my higher self and support in being in self awareness. This will enable me to be in a state of DLE defined on the same page as …
The CoReState is a state of Dynamic Labile Equilibrium (DLE). It is a state of balanced opposites: flexibility and strength, focus and openness to the moment. A very good definition is ‘being in the present moment’, where you do not know what’s going to happen next, you are not thinking about time, you are not thinking ‘I don’t want it to be this way’. You have an increased perception of impressions, connections, small changes, you see the multidimensionality of disease and imbalance; you see through the concepts of time/space and cause/effect. We can do everything well in this state – cooking, gardening, working in our practice. In everyday life, we generally try to find the next best thing – stability, which is not a state of dynamic, changing balance.
Being a new CoRe user my goal is to stay in awareness as much as possible and let the Inergyix CoRe Sytem do the rest. 😉
Sincerely, Karen
PS: Are there any Hypnosis Practitioners using the CoRe out there? Would love to hear how you incorporate it into your practice. I am setting up for that now, and would love to exchange ideas. Thanks , Karen
